Working days
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of the order being confirmed. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
What it costs
Shipping is free on prepaid orders, anywhere in India. The price on each piece includes all taxes.
Arrival
The delivery date depends on your pincode and the courier serving it. The date on a product page is an estimate, worked out from the dispatch date and your pincode.
Tracking
Once the parcel ships, a tracking link comes by SMS, WhatsApp and email. Track your order
Delays
Weather, local restrictions or the courier can hold a parcel up. If your address cannot be served after you order, we contact you to arrange another way or a refund.
Your address
Check the address and pincode at checkout. A delay or loss caused by an incomplete or incorrect address is not covered.
Cancelling
An order can be cancelled until it is dispatched. Once it has shipped, it is handled as a return.
